  WORST STAFF EVER - makes me vomit how rude they are. Had to deal with them many times but had enough. The dark short lady with dark hair is WORST(may be she is Fijian or Burmese). She always talks stupid things while serving and is very rude (all my colleagues had same experience). Apart from her very rude behavior and constant rude language, she refused to serve the second transaction saying all the amounts have to be one transaction. No bank ever told me that. You can always do portions of payments, cheques and cash all separately. AVOID SEEING THAT SUPID RUDE LADY. She kept talking and I kept saying to finish the procedure so I can leave, and she just won't shut up. Her colleague then mentioned 'YES, you can process separate transactions'. Westpac has to do something about their staff in Roxburgh Park branch.

  Worst branch always waiting even if you have an appointment only 2 staff at the front and long lines for a big bank they can afford to get more employees us customers keep the business going shame on you WESTPAC i will be moving to a different bank

  Very rude, not good customer service at all
  Always 2 people talk to customer the rest always in meeting , break or lunch.

  This branch has deceiving business practices. They have called me randomly approx 3 times telling me i have to come in to change my savings account from 'eSaver' to a new one because its now "discontinued". After they booked me in i called Westpac customer service to ask them, and they said that its not discontinued and they don't know why the branch told me that.
  They still advertise this account on the website (ie: you can still open a brand new eSaver account now). I came to the conclusion that they must receive some kind of commission when opening new accounts etc. Because my original accounts were opened at Broadmeadows branch, maybe they are trying to make me change to join the Roxburgh Park branch, im not entirely sure. But what i am sure is they are big liars and they do this on purpose. They need to be under investigation for these extremely bad business practices.
  
  I was planning to write this review many months ago but i forgot about it. I only remembered now because surprise surprise, i got another phone call from Roxburgh Park branch today. This time they have a new trick to try. They said "you need to come in to confirm your identity because something has expired, could be your drivers license or passport". So now they are using this new tactic to try to bring me in to their branch. She was very persistent on the phone making it out like its not my choice whether to come or not, its something that has to be done. They're using people's fear of the current identity scams to lure you in.
  
  I repeat, this is not my branch. I am with Westpac Broadmeadows - but i have come in to Roxburgh Park in the past (i cant remember exactly why - possibly to make a deposit or a withdrawal) - so thats how they have my details.
  
  Its very clear that staff are trained to do this. They need to be investigated
