One of the hairdressor's partners had come in and they both took off to the back room for close to an hour while I was in the process of having my regrowth chemically straightened. When the hairdressors partner mentioned that she has a client, the hairdressors response was, "Oh it doesn't matter, she is my regular client". Because of the hairdressor's carelessness I ended up with chemical cut as she left the chemical on my hair for longer than it should have been. At the time I did not notice the damage, until I got home. She would have seen what she did and she did not even have the courtesy to let me know. I went back to see her and she gave me an alternative to get keratine done instead when initially she told me keratin is not recommended for my hair type.
