  the whole process was exceptional! the best value for money you will see in your life! from the moment i stepped in through the door, the reception staff was very professional and nice, she helped me get the car, even gave me a surprise upgrade! the driver that took us to the airport after was also one of the nicest people I've met. The car was in a immaculate condition and customer service was second to none. overall, the experience was above my expectations. These guys will be my go to if i ever need to rent in Melbourne again, and will always recommend them!

  It was my first time visiting Melbourne and a few days after arriving my wife and I decided to rent a car for 3 days for a road trip to Mornington and Great Ocean Road. We figured it would be best to rent from the airport itself as it would make it easier for us to return the car and catch our flight home later on. We enquired with several car rental companies but there wasn’t any cars available without making any advanced booking. We chanced upon stressfreecarrental.com and made a booking then and there and was directed to Ace Rental Cars. Ace Rental Cars replied almost instantly and we took their own private shuttle bus from the airport to their office 10mins away. Paperwork and payment were fuss free and we were given an upgrade from a normal sedan to a Subaru XV. The car was in good condition and I had comfortable drive throughout my entire journey. Thank you Ace Rental Cars.

  It was amazing. Booked in for a compact SUV but I was given a bigger SUV and the best part was, the is brabd new with all the features. Happy client I am and it was super easy to pick and drop the car. I understand the main pick up venue is far from the airport but these folks offer airport pick up and drop off with no extra charge. Overall it was. Smooth and swift process. I don’t usually leave a review but it would be unfair if I didnt for ACE Melbourne. 10/10 and will definitely come back. Love you and thank you ACE.

  Great experience. Much cheaper and easier than renting at the airport. Opened precisely on time at 8am and very efficient pick up and drop off. Car was in perfect condition and was exactly what we needed. Shuttle service back to airport was excellent. Will use again.

  Great value for the price, booked Hyundai i30 or similar, got hybrid Toyota Corolla which was very fuel efficient. Quick pickup, quick return, got my deposit back just a few minutes after returning the car
